6 week Spring IT Challenge

VIRTUAL CLASS
This 6 week challenge is focused on getting the body moving and ready for the summer.

Live classes via zoom will be 3 days a week, plus daily checkins, nutritional meals and tips to build your strength and fitness while burning a ton of calories!!
​
Classes are different and consist of circuit training, dance cardio, strength and stretch classes. Included also are recommendations and tips to optimize performance. A yoga mat, water bottle and lightweights (optional) are recommended.

Drop-In: $7.00 per class
